USRF Nashville Weekend: Everything You Need to Know

The US Rugby Foundation is heading to Nashville on October 23 and 24, 2026 for its flagship event of the fall. The weekend is built around the USA Eagles international doubleheader at GEODIS Park, and it pairs a Friday night pub crawl on Broadway with a Saturday matchday suite at the stadium.
You can join for Friday, for Saturday, or for both. Every ticket supports youth rugby.
The weekend at a glance
Two events across two days in downtown Nashville. Friday is the fan kickoff on Broadway, open to everyone. Saturday puts a small group in a private suite for two USA Eagles test matches. Proceeds from both go toward expanding access and opportunity for young rugby athletes across the country.

Friday: the Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl
The Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl is the official fan kickoff to the doubleheader weekend, and it is the most social thing the Foundation does all year. The route runs down Broadway, Nashville's honky-tonk strip, covering six bars over three hours. One drink is included at each stop.
The theme is simple: wear your club shirt. Put on the colors of the club that made you, whether that is a college side, a men's or women's club, or a youth program you coach. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be a prize for the best of them.
Doors on the crawl open at 6:00 PM and the group moves together until 9:00 PM. It is open to all, so bring teammates, bring family, bring anyone curious about the game. The exact bar list and the meeting point will be confirmed closer to the weekend and shared with everyone who registers.
Space on the crawl is limited, so register early.
Saturday: the Matchday Suite at GEODIS Park
Saturday is a full international doubleheader. The USA Women open against Italy at 3:15 PM CDT as part of World Rugby's WXV global series, and the USA Men follow against Australia XV at 6:00 PM CDT.
The USRF Matchday Suite puts you on the club level at GEODIS Park for the whole afternoon and evening, from 2:30 PM through 8:30 PM CDT. Food and drinks are included throughout, and you will be watching alongside USRF leadership, ambassadors, and fellow supporters of the game.
The suite is limited to 20 guests. That is the entire capacity for the weekend, and it will not be expanded, so once those spots are gone the suite closes.
Ticket options
Three ways to join, depending on how much of the weekend you want:
- Pub Crawl only: $75 per person
- Matchday Suite only: $500 per person
- Full weekend, both events: $525 per person

Where everything happens
The Matchday Suite is at GEODIS Park, 501 Benton Ave, Nashville, TN 37203, home of Nashville SC and the largest soccer-specific stadium in the United States. It sits just south of downtown.
The Pub Crawl is on Broadway in downtown Nashville, roughly a ten minute drive or rideshare from the stadium. Most of the downtown hotels are within walking distance of the Broadway route, which makes it an easy base for the weekend.
Nashville International Airport is about fifteen minutes from downtown.
What your ticket supports
The US Rugby Foundation has spent six decades supporting the growth of rugby in the United States. The Foundation funds grassroots programs, college scholarships, coach and referee development, and health and safety initiatives.
Nashville is where the Foundation is investing most heavily this fall, and the women's rugby community is a particular focus of the weekend given the USA Women's fixture against Italy. Every registration, at every level, goes back into programs that put more young people on a rugby pitch.

Businesses and individuals can back the weekend at three levels:
- Pub Crawl Sponsor, $2,500. Logo placement on all Pub Crawl materials including the flyer, social graphics, and signage at participating bars. Verbal recognition at the kickoff. Sponsor spotlight in the USRF email to national supporters. Four complimentary Pub Crawl registrations. VIP meet and greet with USRF leadership and special guests.
- Matchday Sponsor, $5,000. Prominent logo placement on all Matchday Experience materials including club level signage and digital screens where available. Featured recognition in the national email. Reserved sponsor seating within the club level. Six complimentary Matchday passes.
- Weekend Package Sponsor, $10,000. Top tier logo placement across both events. Weekend long recognition in USRF email and social. A featured sponsor spotlight video or graphic during match week. Eight complimentary Pub Crawl registrations and eight Matchday passes. Reserved sponsor seating. VIP access throughout the weekend. The opportunity to deliver a welcome message at the Pub Crawl and a toast in the suite, plus the option of a branded drink special or costume prize.
