USRF Nashville Weekend: Everything You Need to Know

The US Rugby Foundation is heading to Nashville on Friday, October 23, 2026 for the Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl, its flagship fan event of the fall. It is a night out on Broadway, open to everyone, and every ticket supports youth rugby.

The night at a glance

One evening in downtown Nashville. Friday is the fan kickoff on Broadway, open to all, and proceeds go toward expanding access and opportunity for young rugby athletes across the country.

Friday, October 23: Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl, 6:00 to 9:00 PM CDT, Broadway, downtown Nashville.

The Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl

The Crawl-Walk-Play! Pub Crawl is the most social thing the Foundation does all year. The route runs down Broadway, Nashville's honky-tonk strip, covering six bars over three hours. One drink is included at each stop.

The theme is simple: wear your club shirt. Put on the colors of the club that made you, whether that is a college side, a men's or women's club, or a youth program you coach. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be a prize for the best of them.

The crawl opens at 6:00 PM and the group moves together until 9:00 PM. It is open to all, so bring teammates, bring family, bring anyone curious about the game. The exact bar list and the meeting point will be confirmed closer to the date and shared with everyone who registers.

Space on the crawl is limited, so register early.

Pub Crawl: $75 per person, with one drink included at each of the six stops.

Where it happens

The Pub Crawl is on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Most of the downtown hotels are within walking distance of the Broadway route, which makes it an easy base for the night. Nashville International Airport is about fifteen minutes from downtown.

The US Rugby Foundation has spent six decades supporting the growth of rugby in the United States. The Foundation funds grassroots programs, college scholarships, coach and referee development, and health and safety initiatives.

Nashville is where the Foundation is investing this fall, and every registration goes back into programs that put more young people on a rugby pitch.
