United States Rugby Foundation Announce Latest Ball and Start-Up Kit Grant Recipients

San Diego, CA (March 8, 2006) –The United States Rugby Foundation has announced its latest ball and high school start-up kit grant recipients. Twenty-two youth and high school programs have been awarded ball grants while five programs will soon receive start-up kits. Over the years, the USRF has provided balls and start-up kits to hundreds of youth and high school programs, helping introduce rugby to thousands of children. The latest recipients include a mix of boys and girls programs, youth and high school, and club and physical education programs.”We have been inundated with grant requests since we established our website and began promoting our programs through our monthly newsletters,” said USRF Executive Director, Brian Vizard. “Our successful Annual Campaign has made it possible for us to assist these youth and high school programs.
