Rugby Sevens Legend Eric Rush Headlining Philadelphia Lost Afternoon Luncheon

San Diego, CA (October 19, 2013) – If you are planning on attending the USA vs New Zealand Maori All Blacks match or will be in the Philadelphia area on Friday, November 8, register now for the Lost Afternoon Luncheon, which will take place at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Lost Afternoon Luncheon promises to be an afternoon full of rugby stories, networking opportunities, and the chance to rekindle old friendships or make new ones. Typically, the 90-minute event turns into a full day of rugby fun so plan accordingly. We don’t call it a lost afternoon for nothing!We are fortunate that past New Zealand All Blacks, Maori and rugby sevens legend Eric Rushwill be the keynote speaker. Eric is regarded as one of the best after dinner speakers in the rugby world. His participation alone is worth the admission.Past U.S. Eagles Brian Hightower will also be on hand to interview a player from both the U.S. and New Zealand Maori All Blacks as well as a coach or the manager from each side. Former U.S. Eagle captain and current USRF Executive Director Brian Vizard will act as MC.Many past Eagles are also expected to be in the audience along with a few very special guests.The best part is that all proceeds from the Lost Afternoon Luncheon will be directed towards youth rugby, with the majority of those proceeds staying local in support of Rugby PA.Individuals or companies can sponsor a table for 10 for $1,000. They will be recognized as sponsors on the Lost Afternoon Luncheon website as well at the luncheon.
