Udit Kishore

Udit Kishore is from Chicago, Illinois, where he has spent the past year and a half at KPMG's Strategy Consulting Practice, specializing in Human Capital consulting. In his work, he helps organizations preparing to go public, develop compensation structures, and better understand how to motivate and utilize their workforce.

Udit's rugby journey began at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he joined a club of roughly 40 members and helped grow it to over 100 students, winning the program's first Big Ten second-side championship along the way. The experience shaped his development as a leader and gave him a lasting sense of community — a foundation he credits with rugby's unique ability to teach teamwork, responsibility, and communication.

As a USRF Ambassador, Udit is focused on expanding access to the sport in the Chicagoland area, including connecting high school players with college scholarship opportunities through programs like the University of Illinois rugby program. He is also a strong advocate for domestic professional rugby, encouraging fan attendance and engagement as the sport builds toward the next Rugby World Cup.
