Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly's rugby roots trace back to age six, when he grew up next to the Boulder Rugby pitch as a fan and ball boy in Colorado. That early introduction sparked a lifelong commitment to the state's rugby community spanning officiating, administration, and youth development.

For the past 20 years, Brian has served as a member of the Rocky Mountain Rugby Referee Society, helping ensure the game is played safely and competitively across the region. Beyond the whistle, he was instrumental in founding the Tigers Rugby Club, a high school program that recently celebrated its 20th season and a hard-earned State Championship.

As a USRF Ambassador, Brian draws on his deep roots in the Colorado rugby community to bridge the gap between grassroots needs and national resources, fostering the next generation of ruggers throughout the region.
