The U.S. Rugby Foundation Announces Free Admission for the 2020 U.S. Rugby Hall of Fame Virtual Induction Ceremony presented by Penn Mutual
San Diego, California (October 12, 2020) – This year’s U.S. Rugby Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony presented by Penn Mutual on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 8:00 Eastern time will be virtual and free of charge for the global rugby community.
That announcement was made today by U.S. Rugby Foundation chairman, Brad Andrews.
“Although our annual Hall of Fame Induction Dinner is our biggest fundraising event of the year, we thought that the rugby community has endured enough in 2020. We wanted everyone to be able to enjoy some rugby excitement and entertainment, free of charge, as we await rugby action to get back on the pitch. If you’d like to make a donation, big or small, you may, but we are not going to require any admission fee to enjoy what promises to be a fun and exciting evening as we honor those who have contributed so much to the sport of rugby in America.”
Everyone who tunes in to this year’s U.S. Rugby Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will qualify for some great rugby giveaways, including an extraordinary jersey signed by every winning Rugby World Cup captain, a set of rugby-themed posters, 30 USRF A Ball 4 All rugby balls to the youth or high school rugby team of your choice (size 4 or size 5), and more. A link to register for this year’s induction ceremony will be available in the near future.

The 2020 Hall of Fame induction ceremony program will be very similar to the 2019 Rugby Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony e-program.
