San Diego, CA (September 15, 2010) – As you know, the Kevin Higgins College Scholarship Fund — which honors your friend and one of the greatest talents to ever pull on a United States Eagle jersey — is the Foundation’s vehicle to support college students who have demonstrated their commitment to pursuing rugby at the collegiate level. All graduating high school senior rugby players in the US whoare dedicated to playing rugby while in college are eligible for the $1,000 scholarships.
