USRF Seeking New CEO

The US Rugby Foundation (USRF), the leading philanthropic organization promoting the growth and development of youth rugby throughout the United States, is pleased to announce that it has initiated a search for its next Chief Executive Officer.
Youth rugby has experienced significant growth throughout the United States over the last decade. This, combined with the United States being awarded the men’s and women’s World Cup games in 2031 and 2033, positions the USRF to make exceptional strides in program development, philanthropic activity, international joint ventures, and growth in membership.
The USRF is determined to identify a dynamic leader whose innovative mindset and energy leads to a renewed vision and leadership in fundraising and program management.
The new CEO will guide the USRF through its next phase of growth by leveraging their deep experience in philanthropy and fundraising with the hands-on ability to build relationships across the nation that lead directly to new programming initiatives, higher fundraising goals, and increased public awareness.
The current CEO, Jon Hinkin, will continue to lead the organization during this transition period and will remain as the COO once the new CEO is announced.
We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to welcoming a new leader who will inspire youth rugby and strengthen USRF’s partnerships as we help shape the future of rugby in the United States.
