Proceeds Benefit the USRFF's A Ball 4 All Program

San Diego, CA (September 9, 2011) - Thank you for your interest in The United States Rugby  Foundation’s “Rugby Night in America” fundraiser event that will take place on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. The fundraiser is a nationwide event that will be in support of the USRF’s A Ball 4 All program. The event will coincide with the Universal Sports rebroadcast of the US Eagles final Pool C match with Italy which will be shown at 8:00 PM EDT.

We are asking all participating establishments to donate 10% of its total sales for that night to the USRF. All proceeds will be directed towards our A Ball 4 All program. To incentivize it even more, the proceeds from your establishment will benefit the youth and high school players in your area. The goal of the USRF’s A Ball 4 All program is to provide 50,000 youth and high school rugby players in the U.S. with their own rugby ball.

The establishment that raises the most money from the Rugby Night in America fundraiser will have an additional 20 rugby balls donated to those kids in that area. In addition, those in attendance at participating establishments will have the opportunity to win two tickets to the 2012 USA 7s Tournament in Las Vegas. That's two tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday's action, courtesy of USA Sevens, LLC.

We will provide the artwork for two unique posters that you can use to promote the event in your establishment. Both posters will be tailored for your establishment and will be available in two sizes. See an example of Poster #1 and an example of Poster #2.

Once you agree to participate in the Rugby Night in America fundraiser, the USRF will send emails to the rugby clubs in your area encouraging members of the various teams to frequent your establishment on the 27th and join their friends and teammates and cheer the Eagles onto what we hope is a victory over Italy.

Your establishment should also benefit from Rugby Night in America due to the increased sales generated from the increased number of patrons supporting the USRF and its A Ball 4 All program.

The only thing required from your establishment is to make sure you have Universal Sports as part of your television viewing package.

Thank you again for your interest in joining with the United States Rugby Foundation to help support our A Ball 4 All program. We look forward to a successful event and hope we can count on you to be a part of it. If you want to participate or should you have any questions, please contact me at 619-233-0765 or at
