USRFF Accepting 2012 Kevin Higgins College Scholarship Applications

To honor one of the most prolific players to ever pull on a United States Eagles jersey, the United States Rugby Football Foundation is pleased to announce the fifth year of the Kevin Higgins College Scholarship Program. The 10 scholarships awarded in 2011 brings the total to 31 Higgins Scholarship winners since the program was established in 2008. Read more>>>
